DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BY LG.
This particular series machine is completely defective from its inception. I don't know why Lg is still selling it in the market. I purchased the same machine 12.12.2018. But could not wash for a single day because the machine starts vibrating and moving in the beginning of every spin. Lg has visited my home more than 10 times including their area manager. But unable to solve the issue. I have demanded for replacement. But they have not yet replaced it.I have another lg 6.5 kg machine. It works very very well& has no issue. But this one is a Completely defective product.Please don't buy.
