This works as intended and the price is great. I filled to see how long it will last feeding my fish every 48 hours for when I go on vacation. It will last the two weeks for the fish i have easily. Everyone's milage will vary, the hard part is where to place and the movable cap to make sure the right amount of food is dispensed I feel changing between the two different caps I may break. Otherwise everything holding up well. Have two tanks bought a green and blue model. Love the fact usb c rechargeable.

Works as described

Pros- The device itself is great. I like that it's easy to feed the fish when I'm away. If you feed flakes, this becomes a little tricky as they cling to the inside, but it seems enough can still come out. Battery lasts for a while. It's very quiet, the fish didn't even know the food was in the first time I used it and they were surprised! It's a good size and can hold a good amount of food, or have enough space to mix different kinds. Cons- I wish it had a Velcro adhesive so it could be removed to charge, or even to adjust how it sits on the tank. The clamp didn't work for my tank so I used the adhesive, but now the cord is too short to charge from there and I can't remove it with ruining the adhesive. Also, I would've loved to have been able to move it slightly. I did test it before sticking it but I must've not put it exactly where I test it because some food missed the tank.

I've had this for several months now. It has worked every time. I have 3 goldfish in a container pond on my patio in Florida, and it has kept them fed for up to three weeks. The battery has never been fully drained, even with that much use, but I do charge it before use just to ensure a full charge. I did have to cobble together a protective shield to keep rain off of it. It's pretty easy to program , but the directions are not that helpful. There's plenty of food capacity for my fish - I use pellets so the humidity won't affect the food.

I have originally had the green ones. I wanted to check to see if it worked so I sent the timer to see if it would go off. It works perfect. The price was actually more reasonable than when I first bought the first one which was wonderful.

Once you figure out how to charge and operate this fish feeder, it does a good job at what it is supposed to do. Unfortunately, the instructions are terrible. Although easy to figure out, there is no mention of how to charge the feeder. The worst is that there is absolutely no explanation of how it works! I almost broke it trying to separate the plastic pieces until I realized it rotated in a circle and you had to slide the small "door" open to allow food to fall out. Because of water that splashes due to water return from my filter, some moisture gets inside the feeder and dissolves some of the food. In addition, the clamp to hold to the side of the tank does not give a lot of flexibility and I had to improvise, clamp it to a piece of wood and attach that to the tank. Once I sorted all of that out, it seems to be working well. My other criticism is that (in part due to the moisture that gets in) it is a challenge to estimate how much the "door" needs to be open to regulate the amount of food per feeding. Be aware that you are not able to set a specific time when feedings occur (only the interval)-or, if you can, it is not explained in the instructions.

The most ridiculously long-life auto feeder you’ll ever need!! We’ve had this feeder for about two years now because after many years of two married ADHDers asking every night, “did you feed the fish today?” And neither of us being able to confidently answer that question more often than not, we decided we needed a fish-feeding assistant that was more reliable than ourselves… Pros: The battery life on one charge can last upwards of ONE YEAR. I have literally charged it twice. Once when we bought it and once some time however many months ago…it’s still fully charged. It feeds the fish every day at the same time. You don’t have to worry that you’ve starved the fish… Cons: the attachment point isn’t the most sturdy thing? But it holds - just don’t over-tighten. You do have to remember to refill the feeder - but it’s way easier to notice that than remember if you fed them today…wait did I?? Overall??? AMAZEBALLS!! Highly recommend for my fellow frequent-traveling, ADHD, parents of young toddler commandants. God speed and happy feeding.

Used only once for a. 7-night vacation in 2023. Product sat for 3 years untouched and stored in its original box after returning from vacation. Fast forward 3 years, tried using it again, it would not charge or turn on. Waste of money for one-time use. Product was stored untouched for 3 years after initial use in 2023. Product was never dropped or abused in any way.

I bought two units for my two fish tanks (30 litres with about 25 danios in each tank). I connected the feeders to the power socket (not sure what is battery life per charge). The feeders kept my fishes alive for a month in my absence.

Bought this feeder twice. I love the timer. One for my tetras and one for my corydoras and shrimps. Also USB operated no need to change batteries. And it last very long
