Solidly Made But With Some CaveatsWell built but with caveats about leaking. Company advises water pressure limitation, but even with two stages of pressure reduction, that wasn't enough.First, the brass fittings are coarse and require more than 20 wraps of Teflon plumber's tape, if not more, AND two LARGE Crescent wrenches and plenty of muscle to get them tight enough.Second, the rubber 0-ring gaskets that come with the ones shipped to me are almost impossible to keep from leaking. They stretch, warp, and pop out immediately after you open the housing to place a filter for the first time. Trying to squeeze them back in is hopeless. Many, many tries with many failures. I almost gave up and was considering completely a completely different product. Solution: get different gaskets. I installed 2 of these filters on my home about 2years ago. Now I am experiencing leaks due to worn orings.When I contacted customer service for replacement orings they quoted one oring per filter. I explained that these filters have 2 orings each and included a pic of the filter housing showing 2 orings. Customer service still could not quote both orings. If I can't get the leaks repaired I will have to replace the entire filters with a brand that can provide replacement parts. Don't waste your money on these filters.

Have had these for several months now. Units work well and are cheaper than similar units.

I am overwhelmed but will installed this unit soon.
