Light weight, sturdy, easy to use. It's my "Go-to" tool to get the job done.
40% lighter than the steel pipe wrench, sturdy, easy one handed adjustment, teeth get an excellent bite for a no-slip-grip. I keep Ridgid pipe wrenches in my pipe fitting tool box and in my mechanics tool box. HVAC, plumbing, and automotive. Works great on pipe, fittings, and rounded off nuts and bolts. Nothing works better than a Ridgid pipe wrench. If you need it to be sturdier or better value for the money, then purchase the Ridgid steel pipe wrench. I have to carry my tools with me everywhere, so I appreciate the lighter weight aluminum pipe wrenches.

Invaluable addition to my tool bag.
As a plumber's apprentice I do most of the pipe turning on jobs. This sits in the hammer loop on my belt pouch and is used almost every day on gas leaks and piping calls. Fits comfortably in the hand. The angled head gets into tight spaces normal pipe wrenches would not be able to. Great addition to your tool bag.

Great for Tight Spaces!
This pipe wrench worked great for replacing a shower valve. I needed a pipe wrench that would work in a tight space. It was incredibly hard to find one, as these are not very common tools. This RIDGID wrench worked well and is light weight with its aluminum alloy body.

Expensive, but in some situations only an offset wrench will do.
You will appreciate the light weight when lying under a house using the pipe wrench right above your head.

Lightweight, STRONG, perfect size
Bought for the weight savings and it’s the perfect size for me. Easy to adjust and seems very strong. I had to use a cheater bar and really lean into it. Held up just perfectly. Very happy with the purchase. Great addition to my tool bag

This is my new go to pipe wrench for when I need one. Always have liked Rigid and they are a step above all other pipe wrenches. Well worth a few extra dollars.

It is a 10" offset pipe wrench. The only size description was for 1 1/2" pipe. I expected a much larger wrench
