Poor CyberLink Customer Support
I was unable to install the product. The installation key was "invalid". Customer support was no help. I decided to install a free version of VLC Media Player which plays my DVDs on my laptop just fine. Should never have purchased PowerDVD 14 Ultra. To be fair, I should say that although I am a frequent Amazon customer, I bought the unsupported copy from a 3rd party (not via Amazon), who was apparently not a CyberLink authorized reseller.
