Thousand Lakes Freeze Dried Fruits and Vegetables - Spinach 8-pack 0.7 ounces (5.6 ounces total)

I have not tried yet, so I cannot comment on the flavor-so I’m giving 4 stars at the moment. The packages seem well constructed. It’s 7/2020 and they are marked best by 4/2023. I often make winter soups with spinach but making sure I have fresh on hand is not always convenient. These are packaged in perfect sizes to open up and toss into Italian wedding soup, etc.

Easy way to add spinach to my diet. It would have been nice if it was crunchy.
