Instaflex Joint Support - Clinically Studied Joint Relief Blend of Glucosamine, MSM, White Willow, Turmeric, Ginger, Cayenne, Hyaluronic Acid - 2 Pack, 180 Capsules

I've been taking Instaflex since the end of November 2014 because of severe pain in my left knee which seemed to have started almost overnight. I especially noticed the problem I was having when I arose from a sitting position and took that first step. Not only did the knee hurt terribly, but it felt like the leg was going to collapse. It also would hurt at night while I was asleep and the pain would wake me up. My doctor gave me ibuprofen, but that only upset my stomach so I quit taking it. I noticed an advertisement for Instaflex and decided to try it. It took a month before I noticed relief from the pain in my left knee, but here it is mid-February and I am pleased to say that even though I still have very minor pain and stiffness in my left knee, all of my other joints feel absolutely wonderful. I walk daily in one of our local parks, even in the snow. The park itself is challenging with many trails that traverse hills and valleys and some very steep terrain, but I'm happy to say that none of that holds me back. I feel great! Really, the only downside to Instaflex is the price which is quite expensive.

This stuff works! I am a 59 year old avid hiker but my knees were failing. I was wearing braces on both knees even for short day hikes. My doctor recommended Instaflex. I soon noticed a big difference. I did a 2 1/2 day hike on the 30 mile West Rim Trail in PA. No braces, no knee pain at all. I didn't reorder the Instaflex right away when I ran out. In the meantime I did a 5 mile, moderately strenuous day hike. The knee pain was back. Needless to say, I came home and ordered more. I recently completed the 43 mile strenuous Black Forest Trail in the PA Grand Canyon with no knee problems at all. It made a believer out of me.

Really good product and I need to order some more because it really works better than anything I have tried. I have Fibromylsia and Arthritis and when I started taking it, naturally I was skeptical but then I noticed I was not hurting as bad as before. I have been taking it for quite a while.

I've been using this product for more than 5 years. Before this I tried all sorts of glucosamine derivatives, either capsule or liquid but none of them helped. The I gave a try to Instaflex that I saw advertised on the WEB. This product is about 90% effective in my case. I had terrible neck craklings beside knee craklings that started in my 50-ties. My neck craklings are gone, only some slight discomfort I have here and there in the knees. I am only taking 2 capsules a day and that is enough for me. My condition has not worsened since I had started to take Instaflex. Very happy to have found it.

I made a mistake and somehow ordered the original formula requiring pill at each meal. I could not stay regimented enough to do that so my knee suffered. Pay a bit more and get Advanced Formula, which requires just one dosage a day.

Didn’t help as much as I had hoped.

Hubby and I share this, and it actually works! By the end of the first week, we could notice a change, by the second week for sure, and after one month a big difference, my knees have improved, this should be on a Doctors list, by all means. I have problems with multiple joints but purchased it specifically for my knee and hips based on advice from my doctor at Mayo. I am definitely not in as much pain as I was previously and I am hopeful it's attributable to the pills as it's the only thing I changed before I started hurting less. I'll definitely keep taking them.
