Tassimo by Bosch TAS6515UC Single Serve Coffee Brewer, Twilight Titanium - Amazon Vine

This is my third Tassimo. Other than my first model, manufactured by Braun not Bosch, I have been very satisfied with the operation of these brewers. Braun apparently no longer makes Tassimo brewers. Braun brewers were notoriously loud when brewing and they vibrated alarmingly.The Bosch models are quiet and efficient. The main differences between the TASSIMO Single Serve Coffeemaker, T45 which I took to my office and the T65 are a cup stand light and an LCD display which graphically shows your cup is either half empty or half full depending on your state of mind.Either the T45 or T65 is an excellent choice.Both the T45 and the T65 have large 1.8 L tanks which is a definite convenience. The smaller models like the Tassimo T20 Single-serve Beverage Maker have much smaller tanks,More importantly the entry level units do not have Mavea 1001122 Maxtra Replacement Filter for Mavea Water Filtration Pitcher, 3-Pack. This means you should use filtered or bottled water which can add to the real cost of operation should you be deciding solely on the basis of brewer price. Since the higher end units have sensors which tell you when to descale, water filtration helps postpone that chore (roughly every 4-6 months in practice). Tassimo recommends changing the filter every 8 weeks. My T45 did not have a display indicator for changing filters. The T65 does. Hopefully that feature will help me be more diligent in that regard.What is at stake here is coffee, good coffee. A well maintained Tassimo brewer translates into a perfect cup of Joe (or tea or hot chocolate) every time.There are lots of coffees from which to chose. I prefer the Gevalia Signature Crema, 16-Count T-Discs for Tassimo Brewers (Pack of 3) and my wife, a tea drinking Canadian by birth, is nuts over Twinings English Breakfast Tea, 16-Count T-Discs for Tassimo Coffeemakers (Pack of 2). Since I mentioned Canada, the favorite coffee north of the border is what they call "Timmy's". Even though Starbucks no longer offers Tassimo coffees, Tim Hortons TASSIMO Coffee T DISCs (14-Count) will satisfy most Canadian houseguests.My first Braun Tassimo brewer wasn't perfect. Tassimo has come a long way since then. Each of these Bosch brewers is greatly superior. The reason I have kept buying new brewers is that no matter the model, the end result is worth the cost of the brewer, the cost of the coffee, and the minimal time needed to keep the brewer in top shape.Enjoy.

We unwrapped and plugged in the machine. It made good coffee but leaked a countersunk of water. We thought maybe the seals had dried. We filled the tank and tried again. It still leaked. The machine shouldn’t do that. This is our third Bosch and hey work just fine. I am upset that we paid 30.00 for shipping and the seller, if they had actually tried to run their product would have noticed it LEAKS WATER!!!! Won’t buy from this seller. Live the machine but not if it doesn’t work.We are returning it.

Gee, I really wanted to like this. I love the whole bar code idea. And the thought of being able to make both coffee AND espresso drinks is intoxicating. BUT...1) it is really noisy, 2) the drinks really didn't taste that good, and worst of all for me 3) the drinks were nowhere near hot enough! I am returning this product. And I'm bummed that I have to pay the return shipping.

This is a very good machine keeping my wife happy in the morning hours. I have this machine for almost two months. Looks good, works good, great coffee. The only reason I am giving this product 4 stars is the price of supply product, Tassimo packages.The price for the coffee is higher compare to what you can do from the coffee from the bag. Don't take me wrong, the quality of the coffee, latte, capuchino, espresso is perfect but still a little bit pricey.The quality of the end product (coffee) is great. It is better compare to what we were having at 5 stars resorts in Mexico, Dom Rep and hotels in Europe.The quality and performance of this machine are very good so far. In time delivery, nice packaging. My wife is happy, this what counts the most. If you have a happy wife you are happy.Have a good morning coffee for everyone.

This is the best coffee maker we have ever had. My work has a k-cup type and I thought I would try something different because recommended this one and the difference in the smoothness and flavor is incredible. There are so many different flavor options and I have thoroughly enjoyed trying new kinds. No problems. We've had it for about 30 days and we've used it pretty much daily, multiple times a day. No issues and so easy to use and clean.

I've had mine for about a month now. I love the coffee it brews. It is smoother and richer than any Keurig I have ever had. I am not happy with the temperature, though, and there doesn't seem to be any way to adjust that. Seems like in a machine this expensive...For this kind of money, I don't expect all the small design problems. For instance, it can be very tricky to get the coffee disc into the machine. On a bad day, it can take a few minutes. Not really what I want to wake up to. Also, it turns out that you must have the power on when you insert the disc, or the machine doesn't know a fresh disc is in place. Really? So if I change out the coffee disc and then turn on the machine, nothing happens and I have to open up the disc compartment and then shut it again. Not the end of the world, but again I'm not a happy morning person and one of these mornings the machine is going to end up in pieces on the floor. I also don't like having to remove the cup stand for half the mugs I own.But still, it makes good coffee.

After having it for a few weeks, all signs point to a huge success. We have been overseas for a few years and out of the single serve coffee game. Have been using a Senseo for a few years now. The Tassimo is in another league. Great Cappuccino, great espresso, lattes, Hot chocolate, and coffee. Anything with milk in it is where this thing really shines. It uses separate milk disks to make the drink. So you get really frothed hot milk in it. The hot chocolate, uses syrup not powder like the k-cups. And it uses Espresso for the Cappuccino and lattes, not regular coffee like the k-cups. Over all the machine is great. Solid Bosch construction. Water tank can use a filter, but can be used without the filter. Heats up really fast compared to a Senseo.

(i wqas not using my expresso machine anymore, so I decide to have a one cup coffee maker to complement my Cuisinart standard morning coffee maker. I like to take a coffee cup in the afternoon without having to take out the paper, coffee, add the water and wait. This is great; open, put the pod, press the start button and there it is! That easy! Check for specials, when they come you could get a pretty good deal. Got this at black friday and matched it with a manufacturer cash coupon online to get an extra $20 reduction, so I got a good deal! The filtration system that comes with the machine makes the coffee only better. I would definately recommend this equipment to anyone that enjoys a good coffee cup conveniently.

It works great and makes good coffee. It's a little slower than the Keurig's I've used so it only gets 4 stars. Still makes a cup in about 2 minutes.

I was totally unimpressed . I purchased this item secondhand stating it was in good working condition only to find out after set up that the brewing button doesn't work. After phoning the Tassimo Troubleshooting Tech I was then informed there was nothing they could help me with as they are discontinuing the Tassimo machines all together so they are unable to fix it

Although the machine arrived very very quickly from Amazon and for the short time I had it, it worked well. That is until an internal leaked developed which steamed up the display and stopped to delivery beverages.After lodging a complaint with Tassimo Customer Services, they promised an exchange. After three follow ups and almost a month has gone by, my replacement still has not arrived. Leaving me with about five dozen T-Discs of various kind taking up space.This happened during the X'Mas and Holiday Season and I am back to the good old ways of reliable brewing.Not a good start for Tassimo.

The Tassimo system is way better than the Keurig one that I used for 2 years. I find all the Keurig coffees taste like plastic which the Tassimo thankfully doesn't do!The brewer itself is great. The build quality is great, I love the look of the brewer too. The reservoir is great and very convenient to have, the setup for the brewer is very easy. So far I've made lots of different types of brewed coffees, espressos, tea and chai latte. I haven't tried hot chocolate yet.
