Great fit, made well

I bought these pants for casual wear, so I'm not the best to speak for their durability with labor-intensive work but for casual wear I find these pants extremely stylish, and am very happy with them. Sizing was normal, as expected. The only thing I was surprised by was the color. In the picture online I thought the pants looked more blue, and when they arrived I noticed the wash was slightly browned. Personally though, I still like the color a lot and am excited to start wearing it. I will update this review if I notice any flaws or if it wears down really quickly. the material does seem a little thin, but Dickies usually has very good products. Honestly really great for the price!Edit: the pants have been holding up really really well and I am upping my review to a 5 star, these have become my go-to pair of jeans, I love the way they fit and look

Thick old school pants. Good pricing, great functionality, true to color, the waist is tight so buy at least one size up (34 should get 36, 36 should get 38)

Excellent fit, good choice

These jeans are the only ones I wear anymore because the fit, comfort and pocket sizes are always very consistent. I carry my cell phone in the side “tool” pocket. These jeans are the only ones that my cell phone consistently fit in. Other companies aren’t able to make their carpenter jeans with consistently sized pockets, so I cannot rely on them. These jeans really wear well and last a very long time before the need replacing.

I purchased these due to Baggy straight leg jeans are in style again and since I haven't worn jeans like this fit in decades, I wanted to try Dickies painter/carpenter style due to the utility pocket on the side and the look of the denim. I've always been a fan of Dickies wear for lifestyle fits. Fast shipment from Amazon got these pair in 3 days of ordering them! The fit is exactly what I expected and the over all feel was 10/10. Fit is true to size and since I'm in between size 33-34 in jeans I ordered the 34W30L which were perfect fit in the waist. My stats are: 5'9" 185lb I also received the tinted heritage denim in this version too. Same fit and style. Only cons I see are the front pockets aren't as deep and the material for the pockets are lighter than say "Levi's pockets"

Dickies Men's Relaxed Straight-Fit Carpenter Jean is well-made, comfortable and stylish. The fabric is firm yet flexible. Its stylishness allows for casual and dressy looks as well as combining well with a range of tops (t-shirts, polo shirts, casual shirts, dressy shirts, etc.) and shoes.

Have been wearing Dickies for 30 years. Used to be fantastic and cheap. Now they self destruct in two weeks. Just cheap. The jean material is super thin and rips easily. Buy something else, however I have noticed the other big names are doing the same, low quality.
