Will these covers fit nilight pods?

the 3 inch covers fit for all 3x3 cube lights

The lights on my rack are 3 x 3 and the wind noise is really bad. Will this help with wind noise at all or what will?

I don't think it helps with noise, the noice comes from the back of you pod lights. I recommen to add weather strips.
