Won't Fit Ninja 250R (2002). Had to ditch the rings on the Grips.
Said in the listing that it is Universal, and that may be the case, but it does not Fit my Kawasaki Ninja 250R as it said it would. Does not fit a 2002 Ninja R because this grip is too small for the OEM throttle tube. I had to spray enough WD40 for a decent slide, but even then it doesnt fit with the Rings that it comes with to protect the Grip. I had to dump them and put Goop to make sure the grip doesnt slip overnight once put on. Only pro in my situation is that the Quality of the Rubber feels great and comfortable, and if you have a Bike which does fit these grips, you'll love them. Great value, but I was unfortunate in this one. Only dissapointed in the listing that says that it will fit a Ninja 250R, but should specify by year!

Needed small modifications, but great for the value
The price is right for the small modifications that were needed to make them fit. I had to shave a little bit off of the inside edge to get the grip to slide into the throttle tube, but the good news is it's so tight that it's not going anywhere, even without grip glue. The left side also fit pretty tight without any glue, but the metal ring on the outside still has a little bit of play. Overall they look good and definitely went on easy enough to be a good value.

"Gel"
These are plain rubber handgrips and are actually rather thin. There is nothing gel about them and are misrepresented as such. The seller seems to not know what gel handgrips actually feel like, or, even worse, thinks the buyer doesn't know.

the rings are goofy. Unnecessary.
The weird metal rings that go around the grips are about impossible to get on after instal. Used on bmw R1100S. I got the grips on, but the left one spins freely, perhaps because bmw has to be special and use a slightly diff’t handlebar dimension? The grips should work on your standard handlebars is pose. 7/8”, I believe.

These are great. I'm putting them on all my bikes
I purchased one pair of these a few months back and immediately fell in love with them. They look good on my bike and feel good in my hand. I just purchased my second pair (after a wreck that ruined my bars) so I cant really say how well they hold up to the test of time but the ones I took off had no signs of wear other than the damage done in the accident. Even after several months of just being out in the elements.

Junk!!
Definitely NOT soft grips. They are hard as a rock. No different than having steep grips on a motorcycle. What a waste of $ and false advertising, and I’m sure paid fake reviews. Don’t bother!!

Dont fit 2001 Gsxr 750 perfectly
The rubber isnt bad, but the ends have hard metal rings and they do no go over the throttle portion completely. (I have to leave a little plastic showing). and at the end, it does not go fully on to cover the bar end. Clutch side went fine, but def disappointing. Better than what I had, but if your thinking of these long term, save your money and get a better fitting set.

Throttle grip doesn’t fit K7, GSXR 600
My boyfriend bought these grips based on the reviews. When installing them was unable to get the grip for the throttle side to slide on with the rings on the grip. Removed the rings and it went on smoothly, however he was unable to reinstall the rings once the grip was on. The left bar went on with out a hitch with the rings in place.
