This year is the 3rd year in a row that our oil line has frozen when the temperature drops below about 10 degrees. With a second attic freeze coming I purchased this to prevent spending $180 for someone to come thaw out the line. When the wind chill reach below 0, we still had heat. This work like a charm. It is going in my tank from now on with each fill up.

Keep yourself from paying for $125 for a service call!
Keeps your fuel flowing in the cold. You don't have to pay that extra $100 per tank for that "Winter Mix" ripoff scheme from the fuel oil company. My furnace never gets waxed and clogged up. It was -1F the other night, no problems.
