Does what it says it does
I use this with a Lenovo Windows 10 and it works with everything I have tried (have not needed or tried the power delivery port). The only thing that would have made it perfect for my use would be a longer cord. The thunderbolt3 connectors on my computer are up on the side of the display so the hub sort of hangs there.

Ethernet connection is flaky
On initial power-up the device works fine, but as it warms up the Ethernet link loses its connection!

I only wish that it had Thunderbolt 2 or Display Port (DP) connections as well.
