Sturdy nice bike.
This bike is awesome. Sturdy and smooth. Easy to put together, I’m a mom of 2 and it took me 50 minutes to get it together with no issues. Tools included. I did a lot of research on many bikes before really narrowing it down to this one. I am very satisfied with my choice. Purchased in black. I mainly picked this over the 49lb flywheel because the 40 lb flywheel comes with pulse and had a higher rating. I can see why, money well spent. After a month of using this bike I am very pleased with it. Still smooth and love everything about it. Highly recommend this bike. Having the pulse is great! Can’t go wrong with this purchase.

Have Assembly - bring your own tools
My Review will be broken down into three parts - Delivery, Assembly, and ProductDELIVERY - Well it gets a 2 Star rating for delivery. The box that the bike is in is NOT made to withstand the abuse that the 81 lbs inside it can dish out. My bike arrived with a 12 inch hole / split. The only saving grace is that everything inside the box was package taped in so well that nothing fell out of the hole. However, that is why it gets a 2 Star and not a 1 Star rating. The product wasn't damaged and all the pieces were there.ASSEMBLY - It gets a 3 Star rating due to the fact, you better bring your own tools along with you. This includes an adjustable small wrench, a pair of scissors (to cut away all the tape that holds in all the pieces), and a small sized phillips head screw driver with a long neck on it. There are two tools provided to you - Allen Wrench and a multi faced wrench. After one step in tightening screws, the wrench bent and was not usable anymore (this is why you need an adjustable wrench for all the rest of the steps). The directions are not clear in some parts (English is not the best) and in other parts, it is just plain wrong (in one step it seems that a yank and paste error was done from earlier on the page and it told you to use both self tapping screws and bolts to attach 2 pieces of plastic together when you should only need the self tapping screws - this is where you will need the phillips head screw drived too). Take your time to read over the instructions several times before executing it. Also, take all the packaging Styrofoam out since all the parts are hidden in little compartments in it. Also the hardware provided just looks like a cardboard piece taped to the bottom of one of the pieces of Styrofoam, but it is actually is the hardware and it is hiding the display for the bike too. The worst part of the assembly is the first step where you need to attach the front and back legs. The way they have you attach the bolts / screws is from the bottom. This means you must have the bike turned upside down. My recommendation is to have a second person available to hold the bike in place. Remember the 40 lb flywheel is going to fight you all the way when the bike is upside down. I didn't have a second person so I straddled it and fought it with my legs.PRODUCT: 4.5 Stars. Once you have it all assembled, the product is of such a quality that the $190 I spent on it was worth it. If I had to spend the original $260 I would have rated it a 4 Star at the most. The biggest item I could see is that the bottom was scratched at the front of the support tube when I turned it over. Nothing that would be noticed in normal operation mode. I also had a light brown powder on the front of the frame that I wiped off before assembly. All the pieces seem to be of a quality that should last. The flywheel seems to be very smooth. The tension adjustment is my only concern about longevity. It is a felt pad. Not sure how long that will last, but I am hoping a long time. I am 6 feet tall and the bike was more than enough to handle my size and my frame. Overall, a nice quality for the price I paid.

Great alternative to the Peloton Bike
This was super easy to put together, I am using the peloton app classes and I love it, the seat is a little hard for my liking but I am ordering a gel cover for it.

False Claims from Seller
I’ve had this bike for nine months, it was only operable for eight and the seller is refusing to assist me with the actual issue the bike is having. This bike arrived to my home at the beginning of July and was used about three times a week. Right off the bat there was some squeaking and a pedal wouldn’t stay on, then the electronic gauge shorted out-even with new batteries it won’t work.At the end of February the bolt attaching the pedal to the bike sheared off inside the bike mount. I’ve been emailing back and forth with the seller since then with no solution.Their claim to respond within 12 hours is completely false. Their claim of 12 month warranty also appears to be false. They told me to try new batteries and said they’d send me a new pedal. Neither of which will solve the issues as I’ve had to reiterate to them three times including multiple pictures. At this point I’m stuck with a useless pile of metal in my garage and I don’t anticipate any actual assistance from this company.Very disappointing.

Don’t waste your money- Junk bike & no one will do anything to fix the issue
I’m very disappointed in this purchase and the lack of concern from both the seller and amazon.I purchased this bike because of its great reviews. Mind you this is the 3 bike I’ve purchased for myself in the past 10 years. Was super excited... until I went to put it together with missing bolts. Easy fix, so I thought nothing home Dept didn’t have. Finally after a few hours of putting this together I thought I was ready to take it for a spin, wrong. The speedometer works with the batteries I put in it (aka turns on) however it doesn’t connect with the bike at all. Every plug is in but still doesn’t work. Contact amazon support to see if maybe they had troubleshooting ideas, nothing worked. The recommend contacting the seller directly to see about getting a new speedometer. After a bunch of emails back and forth with them they suggested I contact amazon again to resolve the issue. Contacted amazon and they asked me to disassemble a bike that took me forever and a trip to Home Depot to put to get it together and take it to a UPS store to ship back. First off this is a very well made metro bike, secondly what in the world?! I have never been so disappointed with 2 company’s like I am with these. Now I have a bike that I purchased for training purposes that I can’t even track my speed or time on. I would’ve been happy if they sent a stand alone speedometer I had to attach myself.

Unfortunate, avoidable flaws..
A great design, flawed by poor welding and a seat harder than a bowling ball! I really wanna love this bike considering the great price and its sturdiness, but the welding had the handle bars off to the side at least a quarter inch. I had to break the plastic sleeve to set it straight. The seat is prehistoric! No cushion what's so ever. It's unfortunate that a great design had to be blemished by such avoidable defects.

Best bike ever
This is a great bike. I had some doubts but I’m glad i bought it. I spent about an hour assembly and another hour on the bike. I sweat like never before. It is very silent.I recommended.
