These Comfy Jeans combine the best of both worlds—pajama-like comfort with the stylish look of denim. Made from a blend of 65% polyester, 30% cotton, and 5% spandex, they feature an adjustable drawstring waist, detailed stitching, and four functional pockets, making them the perfect choice for the modern professional on the go.

Perfect for me !
The reason I gave this 4 stars is because the title could be misleading for some. They are NOT jeans. They are navy blue sweat pants that are sewn together with gold/yellow stitching to appear like jeans. There is no hint of denim whatsoever. WITH THAT BEING SAID ... They are perfect for me because I'm all about comfort. For the past 20++ years of dressing up to go to work every single day I've reached a point in my life where I just want to be comfortable and these pants are exactly what I need. They look super cute with a Tee or Tank Top and sneakers or Flip Flops. I also own 2 pair of Pajama Jeans but I wanted to try these because of the price. The difference :Pajama Jeans are more expensive. They are made of a thicker material, heavier and do have a more denim jean appearance including detail on the pockets (rivets) . Also they are a tad bit shorter in length. The length of both of these pants (Comfy and Pajama Jeans) are so great because I don't have to have them hemmed. I'm not sure how the length would be on you if you're over 5'5. I'm 5'4 about 150lbs and I wear a medium in these comfy jeans and they fit perfect with a little room. I do NOT put them in the dryer. I line dry because I don't want the length to shrink. I own both Large and Medium in the Pajama Jeans (I wear the large ones around the house). In all honesty The Comfy Jeans Pajama Style pants are my favorite. They are more light weight ( I'm a hot natured person ) They fit better and feel better. I wear them everywhere. I'm done with expensive uncomfy regular jeans that are too long , too short, show crack, stretch out after an hour of wearing them , dig in , ride up etc etc !!! I used to joke about these pajama type pants until I got a pair. LOL I'm never going back.*** UPDATE *** After several washes they started to get fuzzy with little beads on them so now I can only wear them around the house : ( I only wash them with jeans so I wasn't expecting that to happen.I'm very careful in washing all my clothes. I line dry as well. Oh well. The Pajama Jean brand doesn't do that. They are still going strong after everyday wear and weekly washing. So the real PAJAMA JEANS are the winner !!!

POCKETS!
No where in the description does it state that the pajama jeans have real pockets. I can carry my cell phone and glasses around. The "jeans" fit well but this is my first experience in wearing something like this. I can definitely see running out to the store in these as well as lying around all day with no discomfort. Even at the waist area there is no discomfort. I like for my pants to come above my belly button and these do. A real WINNER in my book. I wish I could also find a lighter color in this same Comfy Jeans. They are a little long but maybe a washing will shrink them a little - but only length wise. I love these stretchy jeans without a zipper.Update 2-5-14: The jeans DID shrink a little length-wise after washing. They also loosened up somewhat and seem to fit bigger on my XL size. Also, I lost the draw string and probably threw it away. I love them though, nice and comfy and are not sliding down as I feared. I'm wearing today with a long kind of sweat shirt with pockets on the front which I usually only wear with pants that have no pockets but the color is so close to the color of the jeans that I am very happy to wear them together. I've got pockets everywhere. Did I say that I love pockets? The jeans have real pockets on front and back. I'm a happy person and may order another pair of these. The material is thin enough I believe they can be worn year round. They seem to be well made.Update 2-15-14: I DID order another pair and did not fair as well. I just automatically threw them in washer and dryer because of my first experience. This pair is MUCH shorter for my 5'6" frame. Today I washed for the second time and did not put in the dryer, but rather pulled them and stretched them as long as I could and hung them over a railing inside to dry. And I think I should have ordered a Large rather than the XL.

Comparison to Pajama jeans; size and drawstring help
About the size and shape:I wear a size 18 jeans, which fit me tightly. I bought the size XL of the Comfy jeans, which is the right size for me and very comfortable. I also own the original Pajama jeans in XL. They are much tighter. So if you fit in jeans size 18 very easily, the Pajama jeans size XL would fit better. If you feel a little squeezed in size 18, then the Comfy jeans size XL are better. The Comfy jeans (at least in my size) are very wide on the top, therefore I need to fasten them with the string, I can put on the Pajama jeans and not use the string. The bottom of the Comfy jeans is very wide and I have actually managed to get hung up on it and trip a few times. I am a little on the clutzy side and managed to step on the wide ends, which then made it impossible to move the other leg and tripped me. I haven't read any other reviewer with that problem so it might just be me. As far as looks are concerned, I think it's fine though.About the material:The Comfy Jeans are made of thinner material than the Pajama Jeans. That's neither good nor bad, just depends on the weather.About the drawstrings:The ends of the drawstrings have no seams (they do on the Pajama jeans). The way I fixed this problem is like this: I tightened the knot at the end of the strings, cut off the unraveled end of the strings smoothly and soaked the ends with superglue. Then I laid the pants on a table and let the ends hang down loosely to dry. They get darker and hard and won't unravel any more. There are also special glues for clothes that stay soft, but I haven't tried those, I can imagine those would work also. One nice thing about the Comfy jeans is that the string comes out of the pants on the inside. On the Pajama jeans they come out on the outside, which I don't like. The point it to hide the string, after all.Hope this review helped you some.
