Would this be safe for granite tile provided that the tiles are sealed?

I used it on the grout between my granite tiles. The tiles aren't sealed. I reviewed it here: http://juliecache.com/2014/03/08/new-and-improved-backsplash-and-counter/.html The black color hasn't faded yet.

I have white grout now will this change the color to black? That's what I want to do

Once applied, how do I keep tiles clean?

Clean the floor tiles the way you normally do. The grout stays black. Although. I probably wouldn't use a bleach based cleaner.
