You will need some way to provide power, since this was a replacement the romax was just a matter of disconnecting and reconnecting. I'm not familiar with the washer connection kit. I did need to add a tail piece for the discharge into my plumbing which I found in my bag of plumbing stuff.

Yes. It fit just like the one it replaced.

How to use the medal wrench to repair disposal

I'm guessing you are talking about the metal wrench that came with the Disposal? It is used to tighten or loosen the collar that fits up to the sink hole. I hope this helps.

Specs show 16" deep, but diagram shows only 12". Any clarification? I am buying a 10" deep sink.

I don't think the depth of sink is relevant. You need clearance from bottom of Disposal unit to bottom of cabinet and side clearance from other pipes and cabinet walls. My disposal unit is about 12 inches deep. That's measured from the bottom of the sink to the bottom of disposal unit. Hope that helps.
