Can we connect a 1/2 fip connection to the little giant pe-2f-pw pump

The end is plastic threaded, and we used a 1/2" id vinyl tubing to slide over it and hose clamp on it. You probably could with an adapter.

what are the dimensions for this pump?

I purchased the pump last year. How do i exercise the warranty as it stopped working?

My experience is that they do not last long, try making a claim on the C card you purchased it with or contact the seller.

Does the pump come with a wire/cord seal for the hole were the cord leaves the bottom of the the fountain bowl?

Thank you for your interest in Little Giant products. No, we do not include a seal for the cable as we have no way of knowing how large a hole would be in a consumer’s fountain. Usually this comes with the fountain itself. You can search for rubber stoppers. Some consumers also use a waterproof duct seal compound to help with this.
