Micsellaneous mixture of contents - would not allow for much treatment of first aid issues, but fine if you need one in the car to be legal.

Most definitely worth
Very condensed kit, highly packed with everything you'd need and is very light-weight for the size. Helped me around the house lots for small cuts and burns. Definitely reccomend bringing it along for trips, or keeping in a kitchen or anywhere that small injuries could happen.

Good value first aid kit with a wide range of essential items
This is a great first aid kit, I bought it for a camping trip with a group of friends and their kids as there's almost always a few scrapes and bumps that occur. It includes almost everything you will need for basic first aid and the ankle support was used within days of receiving it after a minor sprain. Very good value for what you receive.
