Our child has quite bad eczema and these little sleeves have been a hassle free way of protecting him from scratching. Easily put on or taken off. I have purchased 5 of them and found one to have hand pockets that were too tight meaning his hands would be cupped and squeezed.The full pyjamas tops are probably the best idea as there was one or two occasions he wriggled out of the sleeve and scratched himself. Using under a sleep bag helps minimize this though.Good product and will continue to buy as he grows.

These scratch sleeves have been a god send!My little one has allergies , eczema & is having a really tough time , he spends his whole day scratching . Thankfully due to the sleeves he isnt causing much damage to his head & face & isnt breaking the skin! Due to him rubbing so hard he created bobbles in the sleeves , but after getting into contact with the seller they were replaced and they even made him some custom sleeves of a stronger silk! Amazing customer service! Also we have been in & out of hospital & every doctor & specialist has commented how amazing they are and ive said where they are from. Thank you for such an amazing product we will be ordering more when he goes to the next size up for sure

These were a savour for us when our daughter was a baby as she would constantly scratch her eczema until she bled, particularly around her neck. We tried sick son her hands but these were tight and uncomfortable, and as she got older she just pulled them off. These are wonderfully soft on the hands, they are made of silk so even though she still scratched for some relief, she wouldn't break her skin. They were also safe for her to wear in bed, as there is no way they can come off. She also wore them always in the car seat as this was another trigger for her scratching, but there is plenty of room on the back so they at not tight or constrained by them and as the hand area is also quite baggy she was still able to play (albeit with some restrictions) with her hanging toys. I wouldn't say she could grab things though, and once she started to crawl we had to stop using them. Our daughter is one now and we have managed to bring her excema under control and she doesn't scratch as much so we have stopped using them very often now, but they were the only solution we found that worked to what was quite a distressing situation. Would absolutely recommend to any parent with a baby with excema

We have several of these they’re so good.Our baby scratches in her sleep and this stops her scratching her head. They’re lovely and soft and wash well.

These scratch sleeves are amazing, I’m so glad I discovered them. They really gave me peace of mind at night time when my little boy would scratch at his eczema. The silk mitts are really soft so they didn’t irritate his skin. Unfortunately they do seem to loosen a bit over time with wear therefore they did work their way off his arm occasionally when he’s really wriggly! Still, they are worth the investment over the mittens that’s just fall off!! Great that they come in multiple sizes too!
