STENTOR Violin, 右用, Braun, 1/8 (1018G)

As a violinist I am impressed with the quality/price of this instrument. It's a great starter for little musicians....

民謡で胡弓の代わりの弾き語り用に、そして小1の孫へのご機嫌取りのために1/8サイズを注文してみました。一万円位の安いバイオリンってどんな物かそんなに期待していなかったが、箱を開けて取り合えず適当に調弦してみました。アーッ本物みたいだと率直に感じました。昔、祖父が楽しんでいた4/4サイズと塗装などを見比べてもけっして見劣りしないように思います。今、松脂がなかなか塗り切れなくてまだ良く音が出ないところですがなんとかします（松脂の底の部分が割れてました）。安価にもかかわらず本体の本物さに感動です。

30 yıllık kemancıyım, bunu da kızım için araştırıp aldım. Bence bu yaş grubı için ideal bir keman. Fiyat performans dengesi çok iyi. Sesi bu boy kemanlar için iyi.

８分の１サイズを４歳の孫にあげるために買いました。駒の位置を合わせて、ペグを巻き上げて、チューナーで調弦していきます。4本すべての絃にアジャスターがついているので微調整はやりやすいです。弓にまつやにをつけ絃になじませきれいな音が出るように１週間ほど弾きました。大人の太い指では抑えにくいところはありますがゆっくり奏でるといい音が出るようになりました。指板にシールを貼り、孫が使いやすいように準備できました。

Lovely quality violin, holds tuning well and microadjusters on every string makes it easy to tune even though it is so small! The bow is good too, those that has commented it is poor, I wonder did they use enough rosin? It did take a while for me to cover the hair sufficiently on first play for it to have enough grip to make a decent sound - new strings and squeaky clean hair isn't a good combination, you need to use a lot of rosin and play a bit to get things going, my four year old hasn't had any trouble since I did this and since then we haven't had to use anything other than a usual amount of rosin now and then.
