This case is gorgeous! I've never had so many compliments on a case before. Ever. I bought it for scuff protection, not drop protection and it will succeed at its job. I rarely abuse my cases so I can't comment on durability other than to say that it goes in and out of a backpack 5 times a day and shows no wear at all. I couldn't be happier! The keyboard cover it came with is great too. I have no issues using it and the colors I chose were true and really blend in nicely with the Apple space gray casing. Fit issue drama: I ordered this and it arrived no issue. However, I couldn't get the bottom cover to stay put. I reached out to the seller and they said (very nicely) to please watch the 'installation video'. I'm thinking these folks are nuts. An installation video for a case? I watched it anyway. I tried it and I get why they made a video but mine still didn't work. (Install both top and bottom pieces starting at the back edge first. That part isn't intuitive at all given the shape of the cover. I contacted them again and they immediately sent a new one. As I packed up the original, much to my surprise I found a previous Amazon return slip in the bag. My 1st unit had been returned to Amazon presumably for the same issue and simply sent out again. I received the new one and put it on back edge first and it fits perfectly. I then realized the first one had back tabs that were scratched up and that was probably the problem. Order this case! You won't regret it.

This iCasso hard shell case fits my MacBook Pro 13” perfectly and feels super slim and natural in hand. It offers great protection against scratches and cracks without adding bulk. The vents keep my laptop cool, and access to all ports is easy without removing the case. I also love the two included keyboard covers and screen protector for extra protection. Plus, the design matches my desk mat beautifully!

Very easy to install. Design is pretty and on a matt finish. Also comes with the screen protector.

This product arrived exactly as pictured: a full snap-back case along with a silicone keyboard cover. It also came with a screen protector which was an unexpected nice addition. However, the screen protector is a flimsy plastic so I didn't use it in case It diminishes screen quality - I don't do anything with the screen anyway so I didn't consider it to be important for protecting against scratches. The case feels nice and matte but definitely a bit flimsy, which I'm not too worried about. I mostly bought it to protect against scratches when I travel with my MacBook, which it does a perfect job doing. The silicone cover is not see through so keyboard illumination is not possible. If you're someone who uses the MacBook in the dark, you're better off not using the keyboard cover at all, not to mention the prints on the silicone feel like they're easy to wear out. I usually bring the keyboard cover with me in the daytime to help protect my keyboard from finger oil, beverage spills, and food messes. Overall, the case feels and looks amazing, but don't expect it to hold up against heavy damage. I still use a sleeve when carrying around my MacBook, but that's mainly for extra protection since the spiral notebooks I bring with me can easily scratch the metal. It doesn't hurt to be safe.

UPDATE: The bottom piece does clip into place, I just needed to be more aggressive. I'm updating to 5-stars since that was my only complaint. The case itself looks very nice, and fits as expected. The logo is mostly obscured, which I prefer, but the plastic is not 100% opaque so you can see the outline behind the flowers. The main issue with this case immediately is that the back corners of the bottom piece don't clip securely into place. When you're using the laptop on a flat surface, this isn't a problem. However, if you're putting the laptop in a bag, it would probably not be secure, and the piece would come off. This would leave the bottom of your laptop unprotected (probably the main reason you got the case) and also I have a feeling the bottom piece itself would get damaged from frequently unclipping inside a bag.

I was so careful... I checked the model number, ordered from the brand I've loved in the past... and while the top cover of this set fits perfectly, I had to give the bottom half to a friend. Unlike the model I've purchased in the past, the cover I was sent has two tiny grip tabs on the back of the bottom half, right under the hinge. If the grips weren't there, I could probably have installed the cover. But the U-shape on the hinge side is cut too far, so the grips aren't in the right place, and don't reach to the end of the laptop and the place where they need to connect. So I kept my old bottom cover, and just replaced the top, which was the one that had cracked, anyway. I'll live, but this was a little frustrating. BTW, while the inclusion of silicone keyboard covers seems like such a great idea, I no longer use these -- I'm on my computer so much and type so fast that the silicone gets stretched out within a few months, and I end up fighting the wrinkles. Not worth it in the end, even after trying several brands. But the top half of the hard case looks terrific - thank you!

The case is beautiful! The colors are vibrant. It makes a dynamic statement. I got the green and gold marble design and I'm so happy with it! The keypad cover is functional, but after a couple of months, it stretches out of shape and the design rubs off. This is still worth the purchase.

I bought this on a whim because it was the first pretty case I saw for my new MacBook Pro. I saw some mixed reviews that it doesn't last long and I thought I made a mistake. It comes with two different keyboard covers, one that covers the ESC key, and another that just covers the full keyboard. I'm usually not a huge fan of keyboard covers but this one is actually pretty nice. It also comes with a screen protector, a frosted bottom case and the designed top case. Overall, I'm impressed with this and we'll see how it holds over time. I really don't go many places with my laptop other than around the house or the occasional Starbucks trip. I saw reviews saying it started cracking and breaking, and honestly, the whole point of having a case on your laptop is to avoid hurting the actual computer. I'd rather have to buy a new case every 6 months to a year than be in fear of my computer breaking. Money well spent!
