Easy Read and GREAT information
I (wife) have been so happy starting my own business and let me tell you this book couldn't have come at a better time. The company I work with spent the money to hire the brilliant gentleman who wrote this book, to help with the companies vision of where it wanted to go and Randy Gage has been an incredible influence and guiding light for the company and all of us working with the company. His book, specifically this one, is a super easy read and extremally helpful in teaching you what matters most, if you want your business to rock.

It pulled me off the ledge!
The part of this book that meant the MOST to me was the end, beginning at the section - Don't You Dare Give Up! Reading from this point on helped me at a time when I wanted to rip down the dream board and give up.Sometimes we all feel like we are going through this alone. That no one else is struggling like me. I thank Mr. Gage for keeping it real at the end of the book and sharing his real life struggles that he had to go through BEFORE he began to experience his real life success and significance. Finally, here is the quote for today that I found. It is taken from INSPIRATION: 365 Days A Year, by the great Zig Ziglar. The quote reads: "The best way out is always through." - Robert FrostI really enjoyed Randy's book!

FABULOUS BOOK!
Love this book! It's simple and gets to the point on your mindset, doing the stuff-- like using your products and being the first to jump at going to events and promoting them-- like considering doing the MOST, not the MINIMUM! Be the team member you want to have yourself. People duplicate your actions and enthusiasm. Just stop skimping. Jump into live relationships with people and lead the way! These 3 books were mailed in a padded envelope and 2 of them either had the corner bent or the cover bent. Need more structure to the mail packaging.

Excellent book on the basics of doing the right thing
'Making the First Circle Work' is the perfect book for people who are wondering why their business is stalled or for the new distributor that wants to make sure they are building their business in a way that will be duplicated by their team. This is a quick read and I highly recommend the paperback version so that you can use a highlighter and keep it with you as a guidebook to starting your business. I'm constantly recommending this book to MLM'ers on my team and even to others not on my team.Don't leave your business in park on the side of the road. Your group will duplicate what you're doing (good or bad). Use this book as a guide to make your circle work.

A MUST for Network Marketing 101!
Randy Gage is straight to the point in this book. It is a an absolute must read for every Network Marketer who is serious about building a business. It is short, to the point, and hits the main areas that are necessary to building a strong business. In this industry, at times personal feelings can blur the vision of strong business sense and this book illustrates exactly how to make the first circle work and duplicate yourself and build a striving network. So although, this book goes over all of the basics it is a book worth rereading time and time again whether it is your first day as a network marketer of if you are seasoned.

Shows you where to focus your time and energy
I like Randy's books because they are short and to the point. You will have to overlook some of the grammar if you are OCD about it, like me. But, hey, this guy is a multi-millionaire with a ninth grade education! The important thing is, this guy has been where you are and failed before he succeeded, and succeeded greatly. It is well worth the one hour it will take you to read it.

Best Advice is at the end
Good book, quick and easy to read but if you just read the last 10 pages you'll get some of the best advice.
