This is a great WC with a small sink, just a shame that it lacks a heating element to heat the water, so we only have cold water connected to it. Otherwise it is a great quality WC and saves you time and space on installing a separate hand washing fascility. Especially useful if you simply don't have the space for another sink even the smallest like in our case. Just beware that it is slightly larger than conventional WC, so check your space if you are replacing an existing WC.

Chuffed overall but the seat now moves around as the holding bolts are weak, the tap is already peeling off it's chrome layering after 3 months and not massive use. Oddly does not come with a sink connection in the basin, just a hole.

Love it its great for the kids they think its fun washing your hand on top of the toilet
