Schaum's Outline of Investments

the book looks old/like its been in storage for a long time but it works and for the price it's good.

This is a good book to start with investing concepts.

Complete, contains a lot of relevant information. Good for those who want to earn their certifications.

Great for quick lookup. But this book is for reminding you, not for teaching beginners. It's brief, focused and terse. Very handy for those terms you generally understand but perhaps need confirmation or to refresh your memory of the details.

An excellent book. Good training material for a novice like me. Price very attractive.

Guess I should have paid more attention that this was a second edition book, however it came up as a suggestion to go along with Investments 10th edition, hardcover textbook I ordered for school. Not worth returning so I'm stuck with it!!

Awesome book. Great for test prep and learning the steps to solve problems.

Unfortunately, sloppy or nonexistent editingleft a number of typos and even simple conceptualerrors (e.g. confusing 1% with 100 % = 1).In a format like this which relies almost exclusivelyon solved problems the reader's confidence is undermined.

Incoherent, badly organized. Not one of Shaums better books...

Schaum's outline ist seit Jahrzehnten eine ausgezeichnete Serie von Trainingsbüchern, die sowohl eine gute Kurzübersicht als auch sehr viele detaillierte Lösungen zu typischen Aufgabenstellungen und Zusatzaufgaben mit Lösungen bieten.Diese Serie ist inzwischen sehr umfangreich und deckt sehr viele Gebiete in Mathematik, Naturwisschaften und Technik ab. Aber es gibt auch einige Bücher zu Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Fremdsprachen.Wer die Augaben durcharbeitet, kann sicher sein, dass er ein Gebiet gut beherrscht.Also eine ausgezeichnete Studienhilfe.
