Liquid Copper Fungicide - Fungicide, 16oz

Southern Ag Liquid Copper Fungicide is a solid, reliable product that delivers exactly what it promises. I use Monterey Agri-Fos Systemic Fungicide 32oz . IS COPPER TOXIC? > Sure, copper is toxic in excessive concentrations. So is virtually every natural chemical element. Salt is sodium chloride (sodium and chlorine), right? --- both of which are VERY toxic. But both sodium and chlorine (both together and separately) are absolutely essential to human health. Copper is also ESSENTIAL to human nutrition --- you can even buy copper supplements on Amzn . The question is the concentration. At the recommended concentrations, copper sulfate is safe to apply and use. At the recommended concentrations, the amount of copper absorbed into fruit and vegetables is negligible. The water pipes in your home are probably copper -- you'll get far higher doses of copper from your drinking water, than you'll ever get from eating tomatoes -- and that copper may be beneficial to your health. > Obviously, it is best to minimize breathing copper sulfate mist for long periods of time, or soaking your bare skin with copper sulfate solution for long periods. It is best to take care disposing of excess copper sulfate solution --- although simple dilution (with more water), or spreading the excess over an area, is probably adequate care. Don't pour directly into a stream. But copper sulfate isn't like an insecticide or systemic fungicide where you need to wear a respirator and rubber gloves to use safely. For household garden use, no special precautions are necessary.

WORKS WELL FOR SOMETHINGS. UNFORTUNATELY POWDERY MILDEW IS RESISTANT TO COPPER

I live in a rainforest in Hawaii. Used it to spray the outside of my green house that was covered in a green algae. Absolutely killed it all! It has been a couple of months, and the algae has not returned. Note: Applied with my car washing foam cannon....and just filled the foam cannon with the copper fungicide....and it sprayed to the top of the arch....went done both sides, done in 5 min.

This is an excellent antifungal root medicine. I got this for my avocado tree which was getting root rot, it helped bring it back to life and just as the tree was grown, a massive Arizona monsoon and windstorm broke the branches. Now I have a small sampling in it, hoping it will come back to life.

Product: Southern AG Liquid Copper Fungicide Rating: 3/5 (ave) While the product does seem to work, i'm kinda turned off by the fact that when mix up a batch to spray, it rapidly turns from cobalt blue to a fugly charcoal grey, indicating rapid oxidation. I'm switching back to Bonide.

Worked well on the trees my husband used it on-no complaints from him.

I've used this product before to control fungus in my vegetable garden. With the rain and humidity here in Florida fungus is always an issue. This product is a great help in controlling it.

Great - worked perfectly

It is good stuff and lots cheaper than ready-made. AND it is natural and organic and ideal to prevent damping-off. However, your maths has to be used, as all the measurements are in US Gallons and pints. You need to write the dilution rate on a card to refer to each time you make a solution up

My pear tree was dying from water logging and wet winters. I've applied this a few times to the base of tree and with a sprayer. Amazingly the tree is sprouting side branches so I'm really pleased.

I applied this yesterday evening as a treatment for powdery mildew and it’s already worked wonders! The majority of the plants appear to be free of fungus, with the remaining ones looking significantly healthier! I’m absolutely thrilled! I’ve also used it on my roses to treat black spot so I’m eager to see if it’s equally as miraculous. By far the best product I’ve ever used!

Good enough for the money. Gets about 80% of the mushrooms.
