Highly recommend this book for the fundamentals HESI. It’s also useful throughout the entire first semester of nursing school. The rationales are helpful, and each chapter helps you narrow down what’s important to study.

Fundamentals at my school is very much a weeder type class. I noticed my exam grades slipping and knew I needed to switch gears. It was recommended to me to purchase this book and it made a huge difference! Studying NCLEX style questions and know how to answer them and the rationales behind them is so important before taking your exams. I jumped from C’s to B’s by using this book as a study tool. Highly recommend!

This book has been super helpful. The questions are hard and each answer has a rationale to better understand. My only problem is the book only comes with a 30 day free-trial for online access. I didn't realize this when I used the code, so now it won't help me later in the semester for the HESI. I suggest only using the code for the free access the month prior to taking the HESI.

Loved this book & so thankful a friend referred me to it. It was beyond helpful & there were even questions that were very similar to those on my (some) not all of my exams.
