Great product from a great company.
This supplement seems to work really well. After a set of bloodwork i was low in zinc, which is found primarily in dark leafy greens. Living out in the desert, dark leafy greens don't keep very well. The supplement has a very strong, distinct metalic flavour, but if its too strong, a little bit of water covers it up really easily. I personally like the metalic flavour. It is emulsified in ionized water, no alcohol, so keep it out of sunlight, and keep it free of contaminants. If you left a cup of water out in the sun for months it would mold over also. After doing a second set of bloodwork, my zinc levels have elevated and my skin conditions have improved.

Great Product
I have to say that after hearing other reviewers complaining about the taste, I was a bit worried. BUT, really, the taste is not that bad! Both my husband, myself, and my four kids take it (at a lower dose) and none of us have a problem with the taste. Yes, it has a taste, but not a terrible, horrible one. We put it in water and down it goes. We always take it after dinner, and we've yet to have any issues with upset stomachs. We've had zero adverse reactions to this zinc and are so very grateful that we found something that works so well for us. We are vegetarians and our diets are lower in zinc than we'd like it to be. It would be nice to have it in a glass bottle, which we prefer, but it won't stop us from using it because of how well it works and how well our bodies react to it. We will be using this from now on and it's really worth giving it a try!

Much better than capsule form of zinc
Since I started taking these drops, instead of zinc in capsule or tablet form, I haven’t had a cold or respiratory infection for years. I used to get frequent upper respiratory infections and pneumonia, at least once a year. During that time I was taking a capsule zinc supplement along with other vitamins and minerals, but I still got sick frequently. This liquid zinc seems to be more readily absorbed for use by my body. It has really helped to improve my immunity. It does taste awful, so I recommend mixing it with a little bit of water or juice. It won’t make it taste any better, but it’s easier to just knock it down in one swallow that way. I highly recommend it.

It works and is strong.
It seems pretty high potency. It instructs to use 10 drops, but I find that a good spot for me is about 5 drops in a half glass of water during or after eating. If I do 10 in a full glass, I can majorly taste the zinc and feel a little bit off towards the end of drinking the full glass of water. Female, 30, about 135 lbs.

Works for the zinc taste test
I bought this to do the taste test to see if I had a zinc deficiency, since I had symptoms. My alkaline phosphatase on my blood work was in the low 50s (under 70 can mean zinc deficiency). If you're unfamiliar, zinc tastes different depending on how deficient you are. If you have very low zinc, it will have no flavor. If you are only a little deficient it might have a slight flavor. If it has a strong metallic taste, you don't have a zinc deficiency.I get a kick reading the reviews where some people say it tastes horrible and then other people say it tastes like water and wonder if they got a bad one.I tasted it, and it barely had any flavor, almost like water, so I was low. My girlfriend tried it, and immediately spit it out saying it tasted like battery acid. Clearly she is not zinc deficient. I'll start taking zinc supplements and see if I start tasting it once I'm no longer deficient. Update: after a few weeks of supplementing zinc it's starting to taste metallic.I plan to continue testing with this, since taking too much zinc can cause as many problems as having a deficiency. Too much zinc causes copper deficiency, which can cause anemia, leaky gut, etc. Normally our bodies naturally give us the right zinc/copper balance, so you don't have to take supplements of either (and shouldn't). But some people have genetic conditions where they are chronically low in zinc and need to supplement. But many zinc supplements are very high dose and they end up depleting their copper and causing different problems. Hopefully with the taste test I will be able to find the right amount to supplement.

Quality Zinc Supplement
I have taken this for just over 1 month now. I waited to write a review, knowing supplements sometimes take a while to catch up in your body and really make any difference.*Notes: I have noticed a difference in some key functions, all related to zinc. If you Google, "signs of zinc defincency", there is a list of numerous ailments. It is said that even slightly lower zinc levels can have negative effects on overall health. This would seem especially true to a person with other health conditions at play, including hormonal ones, as seen in endocrine disorders. I am not a Dr., so I am not advocating the use of this supplement for any particular condition. I can only say that my personal health is seemingly better and would recommend giving it a try. This supplement is the only new thing I have done in the past month, so I feel I can accurately rate it.*CONS: taste (it's not for everyone, you can mix it with juice it says!), plastic bottle (it does say bottle is BPA free & made this way so you don't break it), cost (offering a deal to repurchase would be helpful)*PROS: the sellers reached out via email prior to product arriving and a little while after (If there was a problem or adverse reaction, it seemed like you would be able to get a hold of someone), absorbency (far superior to pill supplements), quality ingredients (no artificial ingredients, no preservatives whatsoever)I personally don't like long reviews and people raving about how amazing a supplement is. I feel each person's experience will be dependent on their personal health. Hopefully, this provided the honest feedback Amazon shoppers are hoping to find in the reviews :)

Tastes awful
I’m sure it works better than the capsules but nothing can prepare you for the horrid taste of these liquid zinc drops. I immediately felt nauseous after tasting my first drop. Unfortunately I’ll be going back to the capsules because I can’t bring myself to use it again.
