Taking this product is strange, I just lose the craving to eat. Not too sure why, but I take this after meals because I always go to buy snacks. Pretty Happy with the results that I have acquired. Here is my experience after taking this for 3 months. Lost quite a bit of weight, I’d say 6 lbs in total. I feel more energized when I take this and do not feel like lounging around. I usually supplement this with my breakfast and then I exercise right after. After I finish my specified activity, I won’t have to eat for hours due to the suppressant. I would have a light snack around 3pm and then have dinner later in the evening. I definitely recommend this if you need the extra edge!!
