The fixed tab is already at 16 on center. But we have found that sometimes people build 24” on center and since the Framing Wizard isn’t long enough (because we designed it to fit in your tool box), we do 12” on center which lets you easily double your measurements to be able to do 24” on center. Hope that helps! The Swanson Team **Q: Does it have a slot to lock in to 90 deg?** A: Hi Mike, Great question! Yes, you can absolutely lock the tab at 90 degrees. And if for some reason it were to move out of square (dropped or adjusted to a different angle), it's really easy to slide it back into place to lock it at 90 degrees as needed. Hope that helps! The Swanson Team **Q: Made in USA?** A: Hi Merph, Great question! Our Framing Wizards are made in China, and are backed by our 1-year warranty. Hope that helps, The Swanson Team **Q: Does it have a slot to lock in to 90 deg?** A: No ## Frequently Bought Together - Swanson Tool Co T001WZ Framing Wizard Folding Aluminum Framing Square with adjustable set screw (Allen wrench included) - 5 layout tools In-One - Johnson Level & Tool 405 Stair/Square Gauge Set – 2/Card, Brass Plated, 2 Pack - Cocowin Tall Stair Gauges for Framing Square with Holder and Carabiner Stair guages Knobs Tool for Circular Saw Metal Stair Stringer Layout Tool for Carpentry Squares Stair and Rafter Gauge Clamps --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.lk/products/11054665-swanson-framing-wizard-24-in-aluminum-framing-square-5-tools](https://www.desertcart.lk/products/11054665-swanson-framing-wizard-24-in-aluminum-framing-square-5-tools) --- *Product available on Desertcart Sri Lanka* *Store origin: LK* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
