Little Quack's New Friend

We love the Little Quack books!! Highly recommended

Going with my duck theme on this package of gifts because I'm getting started early with fun things for my grandbaby. Always helps the parents out with a few things purchased before.Never too early to read books

My son absolutely loves this book and all the Little Quack books for that matter. He asks for this book at least once a day, everyday.Story---Little quack and his siblings meet a little frog at the pond. Although his siblings aren't too sure about him because he is different from them, Little Quack is eager to play. After the other ducklings see how much fun Little Quack and Little frog are having, one-by-one they join the fun! The story ends with all the ducks telling their new friend that their differences do not matter and it's just great to be friends.I think it teaches a good lesson on diversity in a way that is appropriate for kids and may get some ready to make new friends in play/pre-school.Get it. You and your child will love it whether or not you have the other Little Quack books.

My 2 year old loves loves loves this book!! We started reading it to him when he was so little, and at 19/20 months, he was able to begin the pages for us. Our first copy was so worn out, that it tore, and we're on our 2nd copy!As an educator (and mother first), I think this is a fabulous book for the lessons it teaches kids about tolerance, accepting people, and how bad prejudices are. I have recommended this book to many co-workers as a lesson opener to teach these concepts to children or as a first day of school book.

My three-year-old son LOVES this book. It is the one book we HAVE to read to him every night before bed. The illustrations are great and it has a good story about getting along with people who aren't just like us.

What a delightful book. Got it for my kids. They are teens now. I am keeping this one for the next generation to come. Absolutely the best.

The Little Quack series is very adorable. The particular lesson taught in this book is that we need to be including new playmates even if they're different from us. The story is the perfect length for a little one and the pictures are cute an engaging. I hope that you enjoy it as we have!

My granddaughter who is not yet 2 is obsessed with ducks and hasn't the patience to looks at books until they have pictures of ducks. Highly recommend especially if you need 5 mins sit down from running round after a toddler.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. It is a lovely well made book sold at a reasonable price.

If your child is a fan of Little Quack books, they'll love this. Has a good message of being kind to others even when they're different from us.
