5 stars for a broken charger.
The first charger arrived very quickly but unfortunately was defective. It put out a puff of smoke the second I plugged it in. Immediately I contacted the seller and they shipped out a new one which arrived even quicker and works perfectly. Very happy with the charger but even happier with the customer service.

No charging
I cannot get this charger to charge my battery. It shows a green led at all times, even though the battery is not charged. It never shows a red charging status led when I place the battery into it and the battery doesn't charge.

Bose replacement batteries are not comparable with the original charger.
Keeps from having to buy a new set of headphones.

It does the well. Very light and reliable.
I was in need to get this charger. After searching on the web, I decided to get it from this seller. I received the charger in 2 days. It is very light and easy/ simple to use. It is very light. It charge three battery without issue. I have been using it with out any issues.

Charger doesn’t work
I purchased this charger to charge the replacement batteries I purchased in Feb. these batteries would not charge on the charger that came with my Bose QC3 headphones. So I purchased this charger, and though the light comes on for about 20 seconds, the batteries do not charge. So I now have 4 batteries and 2 chargers non of which work and a set of Bose QC3 headphones that I can’t use. Further I live in Bermuda and to send these items back is a real hassle. So I’m not a happy camper!!!
