Had it for about a year, and all I had done was put it in my switch travel case when I finally tried using it on vacation I could get the audio/video on to the TV. My bad for not trying it within the return window. Oops

I first heard about this a year ago at the E3 gaming conference. I personally did not believe anything I Was hearing. I saw this listed on Amazon and thought on a whim to grab it I can honestly say this is my go-to for the "docking" my switch to the TV. To use it, follow the instructions that come with it. It has to be plugged in and turned on a certain way. Once its done, that's it. The unit will charge the switch while you play. I would advise not putting it on its back as the heat still comes from the switch and you need to make sure it's ventilated. i used this when i travel. I hook it up to the hotel TVs and play just fine.

The cable was nice at first, but then I found myself having to unplug the ac cable to make it work every time I would use it. And today it just stopped work all together.

I returned the first one, it did not work. It wouldn't display to the TV despite being hooked up to the Switch and the outlet. 2nd one arrived and worked just fine.

TV lynx is an amazing product if you prefer docked mode over handheld and travel a lot. It's essentially a highly compact and portable docking station for your switch. I keep one in my Bionik communter bag so all I have to do is put my switch in the bag and go! Only con is that the power brick is a little bulky in comparison to everything else, but that is only because I would like to be able to comfortably put it in my pocket.

It would only work a handful of times. Most of the time it wouldn’t read my switch or even charge it. Don’t waste your money.
