UltraGuard Topical Flea & Tick Prevention for Cats and Kittens - 3 Monthly Treatments

Within 3 weeks of using this product on all 6 of my cats, the fleas are FINALLY better. This has been the only product that has worked. They had no problems at all. The price of flea meds for 6 cats really gets pricey, so this was a great deal for the money. All I did was run a line from the back of the neck to top of their heads. (Recommended by my veterinarian) after the 3 weeks, there were no baby fleas, only large ones left. This product does not work instantly, but the adult fleas cannot lay more eggs. I've been brushing and removing the adult fleas from their fur. Super easy to use. It works and lasts nearly the whole month.

Arrived speedily, on time & in excellent condition!! I have always trusted Hartz Flea & Tick Products for my Pets. This is my first purchase for my pet Cat and it worked tremendously well. I have had Dogs all of my life & Hartz has been my Go To Product for Flea Treatments for decades. I got a Cat about a year ago and somehow a few fleas managed to get onto her inside of the house. As soon as I applied the tube of Flea Treatment, the fleas were jumping Ship, so to speak. Even though I play with and scratch my Cat every day, Ik had not seen or felt a flea, but I knew that she had a few from her scratching at her neck area and fleas are very sneaky. Needless to say, they were "located" and started to vacate as soon as I applied this Hartz Flea product. The Oil is clear and easily comes out of the tube for you to massage it into your Cat's Shoulder Blades and Neck areas. She did sneeze after a few minutes, but she is just fine and received her first good night's sleep in 2 weeks. Highly recommend this product!! It does what it says and does not play around. My Cat is about 5 lbs. and is 4 yrs. of Age. I purchased the 3 Pack of Tubes @ 0.056 fl. oz. or (1.65 ml). It also kills Deer Ticks and Repels Mosquitoes. You can't go wrong!!

If you’re thinking of buying this I URGE YOU NOT TO! PLEASE DON’T BE LIKE ME AND BUY THIS BECAUSE OF THE PRICE! THIS COMPANY HAS LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM AND PEOPLE’S PETS HAVE DIED AFTER USING THEIR PRODUCTS! My cat got fleas for the first time so I ordered this for her before I saw some bad reviews and then decided to go with a better (more expensive) treatment I found on Petco. I ran out of the Petco treatment after 2 months so tonight I decided to use this one since I still had it. I should’ve avoided it the second I realized how strong the scent is. It’s extremely strong and it immediately bothered my cat and after some time it gave me a headache. I put a bit of the treatment on the back of my hand to test it and after 5 minutes it felt fine so I put it on my cat as instructed. She immediately seemed bothered by the smell. After a minute she began sneezing and scratching and trying to shake off the product. After a few more minutes she started running around like crazy, yowling, and was very hard to calm down. I IMMEDIATELY REGRETTED USING IT. After an hour, she has now calmed down and is sleeping. Her eyes seem teary. I contacted Amazon about this twice and apparently they can’t help me because I placed the order so long ago. They also have been unable to get me in contact with the manufacturer. I decided to call the number on the packaging and left a message since I called after business hours. I left them my number to call back. I also emailed the address they mention when you call that number but I got an alert that the email cannot be found and cannot receive other emails. This company is HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. They do not care about your pets and using their products might HARM YOUR PET! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Amazon NEEDS to stop selling thus company’s products.

Works on some cats

If you live in the US South, I don't believe this will be strong enough. From what I read, enough fleas can become immune to Etofenprox, the active ingredient in this product, whereas a combination of Imidacloprid and Pyriproxyfen are much more effective because they use unique biological attacks on fleas and the growth cycles. Others include Selamectin (Revolution) or Fluralaner (Bravecto). Works well and cat wasn’t bothered at all with application process. Only bad thing is each treatment only lasts a month when typically they last 3 months.

I have seen a huge improvement on the fleas on my cats. I am hoping that with continued treatments that it will end up becoming a preventative treatment instead of a full on fight.

Worked very well definitely instant but ngl the smell was really strong like acetone-my kitten hated it so much, she tripped out tried to groom it off but couldn’t reach and just peed at random….. the hair and skin was weird in the area for about a day or two but no break outs so far… I felt so bad but shes doing good with no signs of fleas and ticks and she didn’t get sick

This product is too aggressive. The day after use my cat developed a severe skin rash on the application area as if the skin had been burnt. The cat had to go thru cortisone treatment to help clearing the rash. After the rash cleared the cat was left with thickened skin where the product was applied.

This product is so horrible it burned my cat’s skin and left a bald spot. This is my biggest regret. My cat was suffering from burned skin for 2 weeks. Pls do not use this product. This should be banned from any platform.

Cats still have fleas. The products smells really strong and the cats did not like it, other brands do not seem to bother them when applied, this one did, for both cats. I brush them daily with a flea comb and I still find fleas. Avoid.
