It works fine. Just as it says. But after washing it’s difficult to put the clear piece back in the cover. If you have arthritis or need glasses it can be a bit difficult since it has to fit in a specific way.

The media could not be loaded.  My toddler and I love these sippy cups. They don't spill when assembled correctly, the lid is very easy to screw on and clicks, they're easy to drink out of, they're easy for my toddler to hold, and the spout doesn't cave in, ever!I'm honestly surprised that this cup didn't receive better reviews. We've gone through trial and error with so many different brands and types of cups, yet this one remains a favorite. I like that the spout is silicone (which means my daughter likes it), but the way it's designed, it doesn't cave in and my daughter can't bite through it. I feel like it's a step between the Nuk Learner cup (also a favorite) and a more advanced, hard spouted cup, but can be used for a long time.The reason why people complain about this cup is because of the spout. It's true that it takes some practice figuring out how to assemble the spout, but if you follow the directions and line up at the valve correctly, it will NOT leak (seriously, it won't), and the spout will never cave in. And as for the point about how the old version is so much better, it's not. We own the older model as well and it's garbage. It's easier to pull the spout through, but it collapses to the point my toddler can't drink from it. If you want a soft spouted cup that's easier to assemble than this one, go with a Nuk Learner cup. Otherwise, this one is great and the spout shape is more traditional.

Love these cups for my twin boys. the only problem i have my boys bite the nipple which makes the opening open even more and the milk leaks out. couldn’t find the replacement nipples via amazon or in the stores so was always forced to buy new cups. the cups themselves are really good tho. The click it is a good way to know that the lid is closed.Only suggestion...when u take out nipple to wash just make sure that the nipple is seated in the lid correctly or the milk will leak out from the top.Had a few accidents and just had to readjust and secure the nipple correctly.

These cups get such mixed reviews. As someone who has bought almost every sippy cup on the market, I think I can provide a good review of this cup. I think these are great cups, long-lasting, and they are easy to clean. I'm a bit surprised by all the negative reviews of this product... but I somewhat understand it, because if you don't have seal of the nipple perfectly flush to the plastic opening, you'll get leaking (and piss off your child as they get milk/water/juice all over them!). But that takes 5 seconds to check and fix if necessary. And the click-it is a nice feature, because it lets you know the cup is as tight as necessary.

My daughter loves these cups and they are easy to assemble and take apart. They withstand being thrown from the highchair, as well as across the room, and so far, so good, no major spills or leaks. I do find that sometimes the liquid rides up the straw, and will bubble over. This is rare and easy enough to deal with. My only complaint is the difficulty in getting replacement straw tops. My teething toddler had chewed throught 2 straws so far. I was able to find them after searching the Internet on another site for about $4 for a pack of 2.

Got a 2 pack. One cup leaks the other doesn’t. I use one lid for both cups so it wasn’t a complete waste. This is the first Nuby cup I’ve ever had that leaks. Over the years I’ve probably bought 30 so it is a high quality leak proof cup. I just happened to get the one that leaks. I’m not concerned and will continue to buy Nuby cups!

My son loves these and won't use other brands. The only problem I see with these cups is making sure the silicone mouth part is flat inside the lid or it won't seel even if it clicks closed.Update: we've had these for a while now and they're not so great anymore. The holes in the mouth piece have broken and so now whatever liquids just spill out. You really have to triple check that lid when putting it on. It's easy to not get a good seal if it's just a little loose or tight. My son hates these cups now as they just leak all over.
