Insightful textbook
I am currently reading this textbook for my Comparative Religion class. The book is a compelling, factual, and insightful read for students. It truly enhances my cultural competence amongst various religious communities. It gives me a better understanding of their belief systems and traditions. Finally, the book doesn’t hesitate the explain the commonalities (and indirect differences) that primary religions share. I cannot wait to utilize my knowledge and apply it to the real world.

A master compendium of the monotheistic religions
Easy to follow; the editor's way of organizing the different topics allows jump from one section to another and study the topic of most interest. And, obviously, reading from page 1 thru the end will provide an unbiased historical view of the three monotheistic religions. Learned much from this book!
