I’m using this for bulk fermentation of my sourdough. It does everything I need it to. The lid is a little hard to put on, but that’s not a big deal to me

This is a quality product. Well made and the perfect size for a GIANT SIZE 20 oz box of dry cereal. It’s a sturdy 6 qt capacity container and it’s made in the USA. I will definitely purchase more.

Quality made, great markings and perfect for sourdough bread making. The lid works well, hassle free and so much better than plastic wrap.

I use this for my sourdough hobby. To bulk ferment one loaf, I would probably get a smaller size but this would be good for a 2-loaf recipe. When my kitchen is cooler, I place my jar of starter on a seed warming mat and cover it with this container. It keeps the temperature consistently warm for a good rise. It can also be used to soak your tools that are covered in starter and is easy to carry outside to discard.

Nice large container. Just what I needed to sit my double batch of sourdough and visibly watch it rise, no more guessing how much it doubled, clarity is great and it has the volume marked for measurement. The lid functions with ease to open and close. Very simple but practical. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you.

The dough mixing bucket is exactly how it was described to be and is much easier to clean than a glass mixing bowl of the same size the one current down side is that the supplier for it is using UPS for most of their operations and unfortunately as of late outside of the US market they are not the best option to ship something internationally as they have been forced to sell off most of their international operations due to financial and political difficulties in a large portion of important international markets making it difficult for them in particular to acquire the necessary licenses to ship directly into and out of the US at a reasonable price in most of the international markets as such they have had to use third party shipping companies in those markets to make up for the shortfall and some of those companies are slow to say the least but, they get the job done for a responsible price even if they sometimes under estimate just how long it takes to get the paperwork in order to get the package threw customs and into the drivers and eventually the customers hands they get the package there no matter what.

Product had good reviews. Bought specifically because it came with a lid. Showed up without a lid and I need to ship it back and reorder, which will probably take another 3-4 weeks. Container itself seemed good quality.

Poor quality! Cracked when washing it before I even used it.
