Nice pennant to hang on the wall
I am a Penn Stater and when I found this pennant on Amazon for the price, I figured I would roll the dice. When I got it delivered, I was impressed. It's thick and not flimsy, no creases and I hung it on my wall with small strips of 2 sided tape. Good value all around.
