Coastal MYGIG Lockpick Air

I bought this product for a 2015 Jeep Rubicon and it never worked from day 1. I bought it from GPS & Radar Shop and had to go through the manufacture for warranty help. After 8 months of working with Coastal and a new unit sent from them, it still doesn't work. The product locks up the navigation unit / display / radio from the time the vehicle is turned on for about 5 minutes. After that the nav / GPS / Radio works but the Lockpick still has issues. The front camera works fine - the rear camera does not. Both cameras have been tested in other vehicles to make sure they were not the culprit and they worked fine. When the front camera did work, it was glitchy and had erratic behavior - with intermittent locking up of other radio functions. I brought this product to my local Jeep dealer for installation and they could not get it to work at all (the harness had a poor fit). I had a separate professional electronics installer try, and with the replacement unit, got it installed but had a lot of issues getting it to work. Numerous calls with "Carlos" Coastal's tech support got did not help. GPS & Radar shops only customer commitment to me was to say it was past 30 days and not their problem. Know that if you buy something from them and there is a problem that takes longer than 30 days to resolve you're probably not going to be helped. I have a very low opinion of the seller and the manufacturer. Also, you can't leave a "seller review" after 30 days - how nice for them.

3/2017 - I have had this product for a while now. At first it worked great. Overtime many of the features have stopped working. I used to be able to use the camera feature for backup and extra cameras but now none of them work. At first the backup camera gave me fits and now none of the camera ports work. The speed isolation that lets you input navigation commands while driving is still working, which is the main reason i bought it. Looking back, I should have just used this money to buy a whole new head unit with the camera features built in.My original review:Works awesome. Installation video was very useful. I have been looking at this product for years and I am glad I finally bought it. It is nice to have 5 cameras available to catch every angle of the Jeep.

Great module. Remote sensor wire is hard to place and could be more responsive. Does all functions well and I have added 3 cameras to Jeep Wrangler. Unlocks GPS and video and provides great options. Wifi doesn't work with any video for iPhone. Not HBO Go, Cinemax Go, Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, Chrome player, or Vudu but appears to be an Apple issue. Wifi does work with android phone but playback isn't smooth and jitters. All other functions work great and easy install once you determine how to get radio out.

This thing is amazing. Does everything they say it does... and more! It works perfectly in my `15 JK 6-speed manual.

This fits the bill for my 2010 Challenger. Does everything as advertised and comes with very good customer service from Coastal.

Love it! Unlocks a lot of features that should be there by default

Very quick shipment. Had a problem installing but they assisted he the best way possible. This is a great product. Didn't get to experience all of its features yet but it looks promising.
