had just been to vietnam on a food tour-had a mkt tour and cooking class at this author's school-love the book although I may not be able to get some of the ingredients-photos are great too

After an amazing holiday to Vietnam my wife and I had to get a cookery book to see if we could replicate the amazing flavours we had over there. This one was perfect. Full of recipes we had experienced on our travels and also loads more. Yummy.......pho anyone?

Good easy to follow book that produces meals that taste authentic, my only problem has been finding some of the ingredients. Bought the book because we were in Vietnam last year and were taken by the flavoursome food out there. This book does not disappoint.
