No worth the money what you pay, I got twice without screws, nuts & catalogue. Kosmo Care should really look into their products before dispatching. I will never recommend anyone to buy this types of product online as these companies are not bothered for online selling.

good - but there is a catch
good product. but as Indians, if you want to clean your buttocks applying water, this may not be the right product, as you cannot slide your hand through it and clean your buttocks. there is a steel guard on all sides that creates a barrier to cleaning/applying water

Check thoroughly before despatch.
Arm rest 6 screws were there in the box, but 4 screws for the backrest are not there. I wanted it urgently but I will have to buy the exact screw & get it fitted.

Item was defective. Could not assemble the product as the alignment of screws was not correct.
I returned the item 2 months ago, as it is defective . Still the refund is pending.

Got a defective item. It was replaced by the manufacturer though after repeated follow-up. New item is good.

Good product but the back side is difficult to fit and moving.
Good strong comfortable product but the back rest not fitting in screws, so its loose now.

Backrest cant be fixed,back cushion has cuts, legs have scratches, needed it urgently so have to keep it,cannot go thru d hassle of trying to get a replacement
