Q: Does the hose go all the way to the bottom of the bottle?

Yes! If you feed the hose through the vent all the way to bottom with some fluid in bottle. The problem is the jar is not really clear to see through it and hose that come with is too short .

Q: Where to attached the hose? Through the hole or on the cape?

Remember you getting a wrong answer?? The right way is the hose feed through the hole in cap all the way to bottom with some clean brake fluid. So the air won’t go back to caliper.and other end to bleeder valve. The nipple in tha cap is for release air pressure when pressing tha brake so you can easily release the air out of caliper.

Q: How well does the tube stay on the bleeder valve? I'm a bit worried it'll fly off after a few uses.

It works great and eventually the tip of the tube brakes off. I just remove it and keep going. Eventually I will need another tube, but not yet. I have used it at least 15 times over two years.

Q: What i.d.size is the hose?

I'm not 100% certain of the I.D. connector hose measurement. However, it is very pliable and fits securely over many, if not all, sizes of brake caliper bleeder valves.
