Don't have much to compare to, but these worked well.

I got it at first because it was a more bioavailable source of magnesium I was taking. I was disappointed that it was just Epsom salt in gell caps. Not to mention, the suggested use is really for constipation, if I am not mistaken.100 capsules seems like a lot. However, the dosage size is 20 capsules to be taken 5 times. I wanted a supplement and not a laxative.

Good stuff

These capsules are much easier to take than a Tablespoon of Epsom Salts in a glass of water. Nasty! I take them to keep me regular. They work very well. Just a tad over priced.

I was excited to try these as I have been battling constipation and Epson salt is the only thing that helps. However, the taste is so awful . I was thankful to find a pill. The label says to take 20 capsules. TWENTY. I took them. It’s been 48 hours and nothing happened.
