**Q: How does one prepare the banku using this banku mix?**
A: Mix the powder with water into a not so light mixture. Pour it in a pot and stir with a wooden spoon under medium heat until it firms up into a paste. Once it is a little browned, it is ready. Serve with okra soup, hot pepper sauce or stew.

**Q: Does the banku mix have texture from the corn? Or is it finely ground?**
A: It’s well grounded like powder, u can’t see any corn when u mix it ... and it tastes very good 👌🏽
