I just used this the first time over the weekend, so I will still have to determine longevity of the machine, but first impressions is that the huild quality is fantastic. The handle seems a bit flimsy, almost like plastic, but I think it is a magnesium alloy of some type, so should be OK. The machine literally cut down a job that usually takes hours, to less than 20 minutes. I cannot believe I took thisnlong to buy one of these. Operates smoothly and without noise. You will want to get a clamp to keep it down on the table / counter top while turning the sling.

Perfect for home usage

So have used this a few times now and it has served well. Manual cranking is easy and this is a sturdy device with rubber feet to prevent scratching on the worktop etc. What I will say is that having a second person is needed for operation as you will need an amount of pressure acting on the device and depending on your consistency this can cause the device to move. Some other device reviews I’ve noted they have used a g-clamp to hold them in place but I can’t really do that on quartz tops. I would definitely go with an electric one next time

Really happy with the quality, and ease of use of the Hakka. Even on the slow gear, it takes only a very slow turn for the meat to come through, possibly may get faster if we become more pro. Was a breeze to setup and cleaning is also very easy. Only piece I still need to figure out is matching sausage to the right size nozzle, bit of a challenge to get the skins on for the same diameter.

This stuffer is excellent. It's heavy and solid, so it doesn't move about. With the rubber feet I'm able to operate it on my own. Mine is the 3L vertical stuffer. It's easy to disassemble and clean too.

The is machine was a pleasant surprise not only is it easy to use but it's also easy to clean. The only down side is it didn't come with spare seals for yhe piston head.
