Great vitamins, the first week I felt a little nauseous from the vitamins but after my second week it went away and I noticed an increased of energy level and decreased on some join/muscle pains that had bother me. Soft gels, easy to swallow, they taste very Vitamin like, so I take mine with coffee to overcome the vitamin taste.

Best Womens Multivitiam EVER!!
Have been receiving this vitamin by auto refill through Amazon for over one year. It was not always available at my big box store or drug store. 90 day supply is shipped every 3 months.
