The JVC Everio GZ-EX210 is an incredible value. We were very pleased with the design, build quality, and operation. The unit is very attractive, exceptionally small, light weight, and packed with features. The video quality is good for the very low cost of the unit. The touchscreen is fairly large, bright, and legible. Most operations and adjustments can be made from the screen. We have not attempted to set up and use the WIFI features, but they certainly look to have excellent potential for control and viewing through one's desktop, tablet, or cell phone. The only complaint we have is that the supplied manual is very poor, lacking even a picture of the cameral controls on the body (when the screen is opened). We managed to find an extremely comprehensive online manual("Detailed User Guide") in PDF format, which you can download at the JVC.resources website.This manual explains all the WIFI features and other camera operations in exceptional detail, with many illustrations.For the current price ($169) you cannot go wrong with this item. This camera is loaded with features, and takes reasonably good video, looks like a work of modern art, and comes complete with all accessories and cables needed, with the exception of a SDHC or SDXC card, which you will need to purchase. We purchased a 32GB card, and this can store 4 hours of video at the XP settings. We found there is little difference between the perceived video quality of the XP and UXP settings, with the XP taking up much less memory. When (After first inserting the SDXC or SDHC card) you first turn on the camera, all you really have to do is to set the time and date, and then you can use all the default settings and begin shooting. Our battery came partially charged, but it is advisable to fully charge the battery before you begin to do much video recording.We found the "stabilizer" feature to not be very effective, and it appeared to soften the image somewhat, so we kept it turned off. If you plan to zoom above 3X, you will probably want to turn this feature on.The video is sharpest at the wider angle setttings. At extreme zoom lengths, the image appears to soften.The camera works well indoors, producing a very nice video image during daytime.For typical family video recording, both indoors and out, you cannot go wrong with this little camera! It would also be perfect for a younger family member who wants to get started with videography!

I choose this Model because of the Wifi & Full HD Functions. But as it suppose to have an APP Function on Iphone to use as a Remote Control for the Camcorder BUT it doesnt support my IPHONE 5. I hope that JVC would quickly do an Update on the App Function, if not this would be a Manual Controlled Camcorder. Overall I still like the HD & Zoom quality of this model. Great Value for Money.

I'm disappointed. The quality isn't that great. Previous reviews made me think the quality was decent for the money, but I disagree. They were fairly blurry on the camera, but I hoped they'd be better when actually printed. No luck. The printed pictures are awful. I now use my cell phone rather than the camera because the quality is better on my phone. I bought it as we were expecting our first baby so I wanted a good reliable camera, so I'm sad I didn't get the quality I was hoping for.I will say that the purple color is beautiful though.

Bought this in May. Used it a few times through late June. Just went to use it again. Charged the battery. Camera won't work. Completely dead. Very unhappy.

I love this product, especially its color. I shot a short video and everything seemed OK but the Audio which is rather faint.

I ordered this camera/video camera in June 2014 to take on a cruise. It's an awesome camera! Very clear video and pictures. I only charged the battery overnight and it lasted all day. It's lightweight, easy to figure out how to use and small for easy carrying and storage. I love it.

Lots of features for the price. Light weight and decent battery life. Really like the remote capabilities. I would reccomend
