Linon Clayton Charcoal Office Chair, Metallic

I got the chair faster than anticipated. Upon receiving, I quickly noticed I was missing part #3. After reading reviews, it appears this might happen more often than I’d like to think. I received two extra wheels as well. I contact the company directly and heard back immediately. They asked me for about six pieces of information and the next day I had tracking for the part I was missing. They ended up sending me a black and a silver bottom, I guess bc they were sure? I certainly didn’t mind. The chair is extremely easy to assemble once you hold your mouth the right way and blink two times, the wheels “pop” in. The rest was a breeze. The chair looks great, but it’s in my guest room and won’t be used every day. I can see how it might not hold up if used religiously though. Still, great customer service even though slightly annoying to be missing a piece. Easy to assemble (sorta) and I’ve received compliments every time someone sees it.

I am very impressed! The fabric is super soft, like microfiber/suede. It is a very nice chair, well worth the price.

This chair is beautiful! Ready to assemble. Easy. The wood legs are gorgeous and very stable! This was the perfect piece for my home office!

Decent chair. But! The first one I ordered was missing an important piece for assembly. They sent a replacement. Assembly was easy. And the chair goes really well with things in the room.

I bought this to set up my home office. It is both beautiful and functional! Everyone compliments me on it!

Edit- this bit the dust after 3+ years. The metal brace holding the bottom post in place literally ripped apart, and it will no longer stay upright. Over time I had problems with keeping the bolts underneath the seat to stay on, and the cushion didn't last that long either. Admittedly, the chair got heavy use. I wish I could find something like this chair but more durable. Sadly it's not a popular style and hard to shop for.I wanted something that looked nice and was super comfortable and I got it. I appreciated that the chair did not need to be off-gassed when it arrived. I appreciated that it was not hosed down with toxic flame retardant. I appreciated how simple and quick it was to put together. Just a little extra malleting in of the chair wheels beyond what the instructions called for. The seat looks stylish and is cushy but very firm, seems like the comfort will last a long time as opposed to flattening out quickly. The back is not adjustable so if you're looking for that look elsewhere. I searched long and hard for the right chair and finally took a chance on this one, hoping the bigger price tag meant better quality and.. so far so good, I'm quite happy with it.
