Easy Ignition Key Replacement
This was great replacement solution. This is easy to do. Just follow instructions. We had issue with programming and called 800 number, they helped step by step to program keys. Thank you Dorman. I will look your products before I consider anything else.

Works perfectly
They worked perfectly for my 2009 gmc sierra 1500, only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the programming instructions provided didn’t work even though another video said it should. I found a different video that worked perfectly though! No more messing with it for 2 minutes to get the key to turn and I now have 2 keys instead of 1!

Incredible and simple!
Strongly recommend this product. Watched a couple videos on youtube, Dorman has a GREAT one and did this myself at my grandparents place. Went there to borrow tools. The hardest part for me was taking off the panels '13 GMC Sierra. When you put a pin in to remove the cylinder, remember to turn the key first, and ensure the negative terminal is disconnected.This fix was less than $85 and my own time. FAR less than going to a dealer or mechanic. Very easy to code my new keys! Thank you, you saved me a lot of money.
