Ordered light brown but got auburn
The box says "light brown" which is what I ordered, but the tube inside is "auburn" and is not the same color as the last "light brown" that I had. Why would the box not contain light brown? Disapointed because I love this product and it works well, when you recieve the color you ordered.

Makes hair look dirty and blends in poorly
I ordered too light of a color, light brown and medium brown. It makes my hair look greasy otherwise I'd order a darker color.Color doesn't blend in easily.
